DAY ONE: I LOVE MY CHEST
Activity: Put on undergarments that make you feel comfortable, but sexy and give yourself a breast exam. Look at your chest and use coconut oil to rub and feel for breast lumps. Massage your chest afterwards.
Journal: What does your chest look like? What does your chest feel like? Did you find any lumps or not? How do you feel at this present moment.
DAY TWO: EROTIC MEDITATION

Rub your crystal(s) across your body with coconut oil
Journal: How does your body feel? How does your mind feel. What new things did you learn about yourself? What sexually turns you on?
DAY THREE: SENSUAL DANCING
Activity: Put on undergarments that make you feel comfortable, but sexy. Put on sensual music and begin dancing. Dance for at least 10 minutes. Feel the temperature in your body rise. Enjoy this time you have for yourself
Journal: How do you feel? Write down two things that you learned about yourself. Write down 5 things that you love about yourself.

10 Ways To Practice Self-Love
1. Kiss yourself daily and tell yourself that you love you.
2. Journal: Write down all the things that you don’t love about yourself and why? Then write down you feel like you don’t love those parts of you. Write down ways where you can learn to love those parts of you. Write down all of the things that you love about yourself and why you love those things?
3. Speak posivity into your daily life. Believe in yourself. Say things such as “I am worthy.“ “I can do it.““Today is going to be better than yesterday.“
4. Drink lots of water. Eat healthier - cut back on things that make your body feel tired.
5. Release toxins from your life. Let go of things and people that no longer serve your purpose.
6. Dress up. Get cute just because you can. Take photos of yourself.
